Need to improve social skills

Nice bedroom - although quirky bathroom with little privacy. And this was the highest priced room.

We arrived at hotel at 15.15h - completely quiet. Receptionist informed us, in a not very welcoming way, that we couldnt book in until 16h !! A real joke since rooms were all ready.

Perfect first stop on our trip along the Normandy coast.

The large room was very comfortable and the hotel was in a good location. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Parking garage was full so it was a little difficult finding a parking space. Breakfast was a little expensive so found an alternative option elsewhere.

Extremely comfortable room and probably the easiest and best shower we have ever experienced in hotels worldwide - and we've travelled! Friendly and courteous staff and a fabulous location with easy parking

A great find

This is very well appointed hotel, conveniently located for the sea front, marina and local restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful in responding to questions both before and during our visit. We made use of the hotel car park as there is limited on street parking nearby.

Everything was fine. The evening menu was limited but i suspect that reflects the fact that most quests each out in the evening as we did. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel overlooking the harbour with very large rooms

Great room with wonderful view over the harbour. Indoor parking was very handy. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

Great hotel and wonderful staff.

The receptionist and restaurant staff on the afternoon/late shift when I arrived were excellent - so helpful and pleasant. The room had water and food bowls for my dog plus a comfy dog rug for her to sleep on Everywhere was very clean and the room and bathroom were spacious. Location was great - everything was within walking distance.

Cost of breakfast included is not always visible in the booking In the booking.com price was shown as including the breakfast and I booked it. But when I checked in it was not the case. Unfortunately I couldn’t track back the booking details from the email confirmation. It was like a magic that I couldn’t see that detail anymore in the app or the email. Then ended up paying 21 euros per person

Good for a stay in Fecamp but overpriced

Large room, good location

There was only shower gel in the room, no shampoo, after-shampoo nor body milk. When I asked the reception for shampoo, he said they did not have it. For a 4-start hotel and the very high price charged, this is disappointing.

I didn’t like the fact they took payment prior to arrival and then I had to pay again on prior to arrival as a deposit then had to pay again on departure and now have to wait for the 270 euro deposit to be refunded refunded 🤷🏻‍♂️ why
