A good place to stay when stopping in Fecamp for 1 or 2 days.

Easy to reach location with big & safe car park. 30 mins walk form the harbour and the restaurants. The room was small but comfy and well appointed.

Air conditioning was on a weak side. The breakfast area was a bit cramped in the morning.

Disapointed, did not feel like staying there.

Staff. They don't know basics of customer service. On booking it was stated that i can pay at the property, but once i arrived they had charged on card automatically. i have my own reasons why i wanted to pay in person. However, they turned all on me as if i was wrong on their mis-managed information on booking. No apologies, only self-righteousness. it was petty bad ending to a otherwise beautiful day.

Budget but not!

Mainly everything. Just poor design issues.

The room set up.The device to hang clothes on was intrusive due to the very narrow walkway at the end of the bed.. The bedside table is quite small. I'm sure it would be better and cost effective to do away with the ridiculous high shelf, of no use above the TV. The window frame and mechanism is quite ugly on the inside of the room. The security code to enter the room is too long.The cost doesn't reflect it being budget.

located a bit far of the beach, 20-30 min walk, we knew it and it was not a boundary to stay there.

The sheet was bigger than the duvet which meant that there was about 3 to 4 inches without any duvet in it - not good

Have been ibis customers in the past but were very disappointed. Now. Room was very very tight, cell-like. Hard to move around, especially not a good place for older people. Clean? Yes! Value for monies? Too expensive for accommodations. Hard to move besides beds…almost running into mounted TV and or clothes hangers.

Horrible staff

Check-in and check-out times are not as advertised. Staff is extremely rude. Does not meet the standard of other Ibis hotels. Would definitely not recommend.

Nice hotel

We had a detail with the room, but the manager immediately solve it. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was almost no noise.

This is one of those hotels that have a small light that is turn on all night long(air conditioning panel). We always cover those lights with a sticker, otherwise we cannot sleep.

All you need to spend the night of you’re not extremely picky

Good bathroom, comfortable bed, reasonable price.

Very small in size. There was little thing broken in winfow shade so we couldnt attach it to prevent light and asesure us some basic privacy (ground floor facing parking).
