Nice location from the airport, Very clean and attentive staff ! Best service at the Buffet from Alberto.
Preferred club pool workers and Bartender and servers awesome from Felix, Rosendo, and Andy.. Highly recommended.. thanks for a memorable vacation.

We generally liked the hotel, rooms were recently updated and it shows, the bed was super comfortable and clean. Service was generally great although sometimes felt rushed, but overall great! Food was great at all restaurants, maybe a kids menu would work as it is a Family Resort full of families with kids.
Bathrooms a bit dated and shower heads old and with uneven flow, service could feel rushed or lazy right before shift changes, avoiding some service if last minute. There is a time gap where everything was closed from 5 to 6pm and we couldnt get proper food. Lack of bathrooms in the pool area, leading to people not really getting out to go to the bathroom.

We really enjoyed the spa. The staff was super friendly. The restaurants were good. Rooms were nice.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it. But I wish they had explained the preferred benefits at checking in.

Swim out was nice,
The noise from the people above was terrible, screaming kids, loud adults and water being splashed down over to our balcony. There was also glass they broke and pushed down to our balcony. We complained and the only option was to upgrade the room, which we did to the villa. That was exceptional but it was an additional $250 per day.
Food was ok but nothing to rave about.
