Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only

Maybe one of the best all inclusive resorts in mexico! Very good room, amazing food, stunning views and many activities to do including the xcaret parks (our favourite one was explore). Extra bonus for the hospitality room which you can use after checking out to shower and relax.

Amazing property! Beautiful and well maintained.

The facility was beautiful, and the all-inclusive park was very impressive. We really enjoyed it. Both the buffet and our room were amazing—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. The staff member who assisted us at check-in did not provide any information about the facilities, such as restaurant hours or available amenities. Instead, the focus was primarily on trying to sell us additional packages, which felt unhelpful and impersonal. Additionally, we had an unpleasant experience at one of the restaurants. My wife and I, who are Asian, felt unwelcome. The server seemed visibly unhappy to serve us and displayed a negative attitude throughout the meal. We were so uncomfortable that we decided to cut our meal short, although we still left a generous tip before leaving. We hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.
