    This place is such a treasure there! Location actually is very very good! Since local bus stops are very close which is very cheap. We almost went everywhere by buses.

    The admin gave us wrong address and the room we got, the washroom was outside the bedroom.

    The property was nice also it needs a lot of maintainable and upkeep. The people were not very helpful to us. They gave us a wrong key to the main gate of the house and refused to come outside to help us when we told them that the key isn’t working. We were stuck outside in the rain and had to fend for ourselves until we figured out a way in. Post this, they were not even apologetic. Overall, won’t stay here again

    I was really looking forward to our stay here however there were a few areas that needed improvement. Our room and bathroom had an unpleasant odour and limited ventilation. We found 3 cockroaches in the room (over 6 nights). On one night a raccoon came into the shared kitchen while we were having dinner! Upon messaging the staff about the raccoon they didn’t take any action. It was challenging to clean the kitchen utensils because the water was not sufficiently hot and the dish towels were not regularly replaced so were always damp. On a positive note, the A/C and Wi-Fi worked well and the location felt safe even at night. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and laundry service. If these issues can be addressed this has potential to be a great place to stay in Playa!
