Everything was great was a lovely place with great staff we really enjoyed our stay Sergio & the young lady (can’t remember her name though sorry)at guest services were really helpful my little boy absolutely loved Sergio & Erica at the lobby bar was amazing

Our only gripe with the holiday would of been the buffet restaurant being closed for some of the evenings but there was enough other restaurants that it wasn’t to much of a problem

The vibe

Updgraded to Privelage. Adult pool was good,but had to get there early to get loungers(reserved early,then no one there for a long time). This likely has alot to do with the sargasm on the beach. My room was a good size,but had a musty smell throuout my stay. Our butler,Carlos,was very good. He did book us into a la carte restaurants each night. Entertainment was pretty good.

I was not overly enthusiastic about the food. They tend to oversauce dishes,which I feel hides the flavours of the dish. the best dinner I had was at the Privelage Lounge(great filet..medium rare). I felt we were rushed out of the Steak Restaurant. The waiters only came around once with the meats--I wanted more steak,they never came back. And,the waiter took my plate and cutlery without asking if I was done...I felt like they just wanted us to leave. I attended an info session on the 'club membership'..Nice at first,but after insisting several times I was not interested in the deal,their attitude shfted.. They did not want to hear NO...
