I loved the choice of pools to relax at, we were always taken care of pool side, room service was great with our little
tweaks, the room was beautiful and always clean, the whole resort was always clean actually! We also loved Arturo! He took great care of us and made the trip so special!! I highly recommend him!
The food quality was lower than expected, sometimes it sat out for a long time, it was very much feeling like cafeteria food sometimes, it was hard to choose an actually good restaurant

Roberto from concierge went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
I was not informed about the closure of Casa Zamna. My original booking was to stay at this part of the resort.

Amazing room and staff are exceptional
Red wine shouldn’t be chilled. Enhance room service menu & vary snacks delivered to room on a daily basis.
