Very clean and nice amenities
Staff opens your door or generate a new card with contacting the name registered of the room. I had that issue and no excuses as I was the only one occupying the room. Asked for a follow up with manager and no answers. People are enjoying the facilities without having a stay as there is no wrists. Just using room numbers. This gets frustrating as you pay a very expensive resort for some security
