La Pievina

Absolutely stunning and gorgeous in every way. Staff were so friendly and kind. Perfect location.

Only thing is a big ceiling fan in the room rather than AC which would be great! But otherwise all amazing.

This property is amazing. Wonderful location, beautifully kept, great rooms and a fabulous infinity pool. The breakfast Sonia provided was incredible too!

La Pievina is a little piece of heaven. Sonia messaged us to let us know that our room was ready. On arrival we were greeted by Sonia who showed us our room. It was so pretty with fresh flowers and was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast each morning had some much choice and we could enjoy it in the breakfast room, in our room or outside under a pergola covered in scented jasmine. We loved the pool area, it was like paradise.

Very friendly staff. I was able to arrive a bit later than what they require and it was possible.

I had quite high expectations for this place due to all the positive reviews and unfortunately the expectations were not met. The rooms is very basic. Quite old bathrooms and simple beds. The rooms have no windows but only big doors which makes it hard to let in some fresh air except you want to let millions of mosquitos inside. Therefore quite hard to breathe at night. There is no internal restaurant, so it's really only to sleep and have a simple breakfast. I was recommended a restaurant nearby by staff which was silly overpriced and just not good. All in all it would have been an OK place to stay if it was around 60-70€ but paying 110€ for a very basic room without windows is not worth it.
