We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was absolutely perfect — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with excellent value for money. Sonia was the best host we could have asked for. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and always greeted us with a big smile. ❤️ Thank you so much, Sonia, for everything! You made our stay even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place! ✨

Absolute gem of a find to stay just outside the walled city of Montepulciano. 5 minutes in the car to free parking and a short stroll into the city. Location of hotel was perfect: infinity pool with views over the Tuscan valley and so quiet and peaceful. Facilities and breakfast was great.

If I was to be over critical then I would say air-con in the room would be even better, however there was a massive fan over the bed and the room felt pretty cool most of the time (apart from when I had to dry my hair 🤣) and was comfortable for sleeping. It was exceptionally hot even for Italy when we stayed.

Very friendly staff. I was able to arrive a bit later than what they require and it was possible.

I had quite high expectations for this place due to all the positive reviews and unfortunately the expectations were not met. The rooms is very basic. Quite old bathrooms and simple beds. The rooms have no windows but only big doors which makes it hard to let in some fresh air except you want to let millions of mosquitos inside. Therefore quite hard to breathe at night. There is no internal restaurant, so it's really only to sleep and have a simple breakfast. I was recommended a restaurant nearby by staff which was silly overpriced and just not good. All in all it would have been an OK place to stay if it was around 60-70€ but paying 110€ for a very basic room without windows is not worth it.
