Great hotel in the heart of the city, staff were great and it has a great beer garden at the back.
Only dislike is if you leave the windows open you hear the clock chime every hour

All staff were exceptionally kind and helpful! The food was delicious! Breakfast was more than plentiful, dinners were beautifully prepared and tasted great, and the plum crumble was the tastiest dessert, ever! Prime location in the Old Town/Altstadt. Ambiance of a historical hotel. Great outside terrace for drinks/dinner. 10 minutes to walk to/from train station.
There was a heat wave while I was there, so the room was very warm. I did have a small fan, but it didn't help cool down the room until early morning - out of hotel's control.

I like to much that it is located is in the perfect place .
Well, in my opinion, it is very stressful if you arrive a little late at night and you do not have anybody to receive you.
