We Couldn't be happier with or stay here. The hotel was fantastic. It is such a beautiful old building and has been upgraded in a tasteful that provides modern comfort with old world charm. The location was as good as it gets. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided great advice. I would gladly recommend to my friends.
I do not have a single complaint that is worth mentioning.

A wonderful feeling to stay in a bedroom which has been used for 5 centuries. So spacious and fittingly renovated, keeping to a medieval theme. The bathroom was outstanding!
Nothing to dislike, although I would like to suggest....a tea/coffee-making facility in the room; a hand-held shower-head would be good in the shower, in addition to the overhead fixed one; The corridors would be much enhanced with some large pictures. The blank walls are a little bland and screaming out for some (medieval-look) pictures; an improvement to the wifi so that fewer log-ons are needed.

I liked everything: staff, location, comfort and room style, breakfast. And - of course - the view from the window) I lived in an old historical hotel, very cosy and comfortable in the heart of the city. The stuff was friendly and competent.
Only pillows. They were uncomfortable for me.

Nice location, lovely historical room, large, lovely bathroom.
Unfortunately due to 37c heat and lack of air conditioning or fans we struggled to sleep. We asked for a fan but were told we were not in the warmest rooms and the south facing rooms had the fans. We were still too hot and uncomfortable though.
