Cosy and spacious accommodation - with gorgeous views and friendly host!

We loved our stay! The communication with Josef was good even before we arrived. Even though, the host didn't speak fluent English (and we didn't speak any German!) the information was conveyed clearly. The room was spacious and equipped with a mini fridge and had gorgeous mountain views from all around! We had a modest breakfast every morning from 8am to 9am. The host made sure to make it a personal experience, hand delivering coffee and eggs - super sweet! He really made sure to remember your preferences and ensured we were looked after the entire stay. The host also helped us find a nearby church to go to and offered to take us himself - which was very considerate of him. The rooms were cleaned daily, apart from Sunday. The pool and sauna was nice too! The hotel has really good bus and train links to visit Berchtesgaden and other attractions! The guests get a free travel card which is a great addition that can be used on trains and buses. 10/10 recommend

Unfortunately, the room did not have a kettle. But the host gave us hot water upon request. Other than that - no issues! :)

Good stay except some communication barriers

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

The owner speaks only limited English, so there were some communication problems. For example, when the owner gave us Gastekarte and we asked him what is that, he could not understand our question... so we did not use the card as well..... Only did we find out that the card can be used for parking, taking bus and many other things. So we just wasted the money and paid more. But the owner is nice. Also it is a little expensive.

The place is nice and silent, not too far from Königssee.

It locates at a silent place but can easily find restaurants nearby , and the view of the room was good. staff is friendly and helpful.

There was a bar over the shower basin, very dangerous to stand inside the basin and take a shower, I could easily hit my head.

Kurhotel Rupertus in Bayerisch Gmain

Das kleine urige Kurhotel wird vom Ehepaar Unterrainer liebevoll geführt. Das Zimmer war schön groß, mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Frühstückseier sind von den eigenen Hühnern und werden für jeden Gast frisch gekocht. Es gibt ein Hallenbad, Sauna, Solarium und man kann Massagetermine buchen. Die Lage ist optimal, ca. 5 min von Bad Reichenhall und der österreichischen Grenze entfernt.

Das es das Frühstück erst ab 08:00 Uhr gab, nichts für Frühaufsteher. Wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt ob es möglich wäre früher zu essen.

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist top Die Lage ist auch super. Bad Reichenhall zu Fuss erreichbar und der Königsee in einer knappen halben Stunde mit dem Auto.

Zum Wohlfühlen.

Spaßig rustikal eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit einem "Kurpark" direkt vor der Tür, der allerdings nur aus einer Wiese besteht... Sehr nettes Personal, hübscher Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Berge. 5,00 Uhr-morgens-Frühstücksoption im benachberten Café, wenn man zeitig auf den berg los will.

Kurhotel Rupertus? Was diese Unterkunft mit einem Kurhotel zu tun hat erschließt sich uns nicht!!!

Positiv war, das es große Zimmer mit einem schönem Ausblick auf die Berge sind. Die Zimmer wurden auch jeden Tag gereinigt.

Der Wellnessbereich befand sich in einem igitt Zustand. Es war unter aller Sau, die Toilette ohne Tür und dreckig, glitschige Kacheln im Pool, wir haben uns geekelt ins Wasser zu gehen. Der Fitnessraum ist eine Abstellkammer nicht nutzbar. Die Armaturen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen wie alles im sogenannten Kurhotel. Die Betten mit den Matratzen sind so Rücken unfreundlich. So schlecht haben wir noch nie geschlafen. Wo bitte ist die Sicherheit? Im ganzen Hotel gibt es keine Rauchmelder, obwohl diese Pflicht sind. Frühstück gibt es erst von 8 bis 10 Uhr und nicht so wie es im Netz steht von 7.30 Uhr . Störend war auch das der Betreiber beim Frühstück hin und herlief und jeden fragte, ob er ein Ei möchte. Das nervt auf Dauer. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen!!!

Jederzeit gern wieder.

Privat geführtes Hotel in schöner Lage und verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden (Auto und ÖPNV) sowie einem mega Ausblick (aus meinem Zimmer -14) !!! Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis mit herzhaftem Frühstück. Dazu ein sehr um seine Gäste bemühter Inhaber. Ich sage nochmal herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und komme gerne wieder.

4 Tage Urlaub mit Gruppe

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und wurde vom Gastgeber stets sehr freundlich serviert. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber ideal für Ausflüge. Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Hotel verfügt aber auch über genügend Parkplätze. Das Schwimmbad im Kurhotel wurde von uns ebenfalls genutzt und war ein idealer Abschluss nach einen langen Tag zur Entspannung. Überhaupt muss ich die Gastfreundlichkeit von Herrn Unterrainer hervorheben, da diese nicht selbstverständlich ist. Danke dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt.

Gelungener Aufenthalt bei gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Frühstück war o.k. alles Wichtige war da . Erwähnenswert sind die Eier von den eigenen Hühnern . Pool und Sauna hatten lange Nutzungszeiten ( Pool mit 28 Grad ) - Saunatermine gegen Vorbuchung - was sinnvoll ist! Netter Familienbetrieb . Wasser und Zusatzgetränke zu sehr humanen Preisen und Lokale Produkte :-). Parkplatz direkt am Hotel

Zusatzdecken im Zimmer wären sinnvoll . Fitnissraum ist eher Abstellkammer - wurde auch nicht genutzt.

Prostě vynikající

Skvělý rodinný hotýlek v klidné oblasti. Vstřícný a ochotný pan majitel. Vynikající snídaně, kde nic nechybělo. Jen škoda, že jsme nestihli vyzkoušet bazén a saunu, ale nepochybuji o tom, že i to by bylo bez chyby. Tento hotel mohu opravdu doporučit!
