One of the worst hotele in Melun. I’ve been to meny hotels in this city.

Price for room and breakfest. The entire facility. Everything very dirty and old ( even Windows and firnitures ). No place to sit and rest. No restaurant and bar. Very poor breakfest ( no fresh food etc)

It was very clean and just perfect for what we needed since we went climbing nearby. Staff were nice and friendly and it was reasonably priced.

My short stay in Melun

Locationwise, hotel is in a very quiet area, but that's about it. Nothing else triggered my attention.

Hotel is quite rundown, definitely this hotel needs serious revamping.

Okay for what we needed but could have been better

The bed was big and comfortable and the room had views of their garden. If the terrace door was closed we couldn’t hear the noise of the cars but this wasn’t the case when we opened it. The breakfast was okay; it had bread, bakeries and some ham. I saw some bacon and scrambled eggs as well as cereals and yoghurt. The staff was friendly enough. The bathroom shower was very quick in getting hot which was great. The problem was that the shower head didn’t have the best pressure.

The cleaners only replaced the coffee once over the 4 nights we stayed there. They never replaced the coffee mugs and the only thing they did was make the bed. There was also an occasion when the cleaner saw us leave the room and we put the sign to “please, clean it” and what she did was get on the lift and leave our room untouched. This happened on the afternoon so not sure if they only have cleaning services in the morning. The hotel is within walking distance from the station (15 min walk) but, I would say the area is dodgy. I would recommend getting a taxi/Uber at night.

The hotel has a great location. Around greenery and a magnificent park, birds sing!

The mattress on the bed had once a good quality but was at the moment lopsided and uneven. Minus for the Hotel. There was a bidet in the bathroom which had no water! Minus for the management of the Hotel. The fridge in the room turned off wenn you turned off the lights. One more minus. The safe in my room couldn't be closed. The safe in my friends' room didn't work also . Only one of the two elevators was working during three days. The guests had to be moving up and down together with the trolley for cleaning the rooms. One more minus. However, the staff was kind and tried to correct all the shortcomings. But what can staff do with poor management! A fairly low price should not lead to low quality.

Good location and superb potential as a re-newly discovered hotel

The approach to the hotel lets it down beyond all understanding. Clean the driveway and parking area. Keep the trees trimmed and the garden maintained. The hotel interior is great and will sell if people get through the front door.

Hotel that needs to be modernized and upgraded

location

The room were very old fashioned and also they did not provide me with the room I initially booked. In addition on the bathroom ceilings there were some moisture which was not so nice.

j'ai aimé : - le calme de la chambre - l'emplacement de l'hôtel - les couleurs du papier peint(chaleureuses)

je n'ai pas aimé : - le faux numéro 870 (qui n'existe pas)av du général Leclerc de l'hôtel alors que le vrai numéro c'est le 71 av gal Leclerc. veuillez le rectifier pour les prochains clients svp. - la moquette dans la chambre - les taches sur le carrelage au sol de la salle de bains
