- incredibly friendly staff, always in for a nice lil chat
- unbeatable prices
- large kitchen, just too little space in the fridge but whatever :D
- own bathroom in the dorm
- great location, 25-30 min walk into town, felt safe
- flexibility - I was able to change the dates of my trip two weeks beforehand, which I'm so thankful for!
- the (upper) beds are so shaky I felt every single step my roommates took, which wasn't great at 5AM

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the hostel its self was quite.
The building is in need of a refurbishment, there was paint peeling and the wall paper was not in good repair, the room we stayed in the window didn't close properly so we could hear the noise of the road outside which kept us awake much of the night. I knew we were staying in a hostel so wasn't expecting the Ritz but for over £200 for 2 night I would expect at least a window that closed properly.
