Great stay and lovely food.

Restaurant was fantastic, lovely easter menu with a nice balance with local produce. Also we had a matching whine paring menu with it. Looking forward also to try their a la carte menu. This hotel has a lovely spa and pool what you can us to relax during your stay or after exploring the surroundings around the hotel. Staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Great place in a great location. Worth taking the trouble to find.

Originally, I was looking at this as a stop on the way home. Then a friend suggested some events we could see locally so I ended up booking 4 nights. I hadnt considered the "Wellness spa" aspect but it did mean that it had an indoor pool which we used several times. The room was lovely. Although I was a bit bemused by the bathroom having a glass door. It had a balcony which gave us some great views over the local countryside. Food was great. We tended to go for the set menu options as we found them just right for us. Location meant it was away from noise and traffic. Very restful.

There are just some places that you cant find anything not to like or "could have been better". This, for us, was one of those.

Not worth the money, and not comfortable.

Bed was poor and not comfortable, insects in the room a lot, restaurant was closed, so when we came we had to drive another hour back and forward to even get something to eat. Overall a really poor stay for the money.

Wonderful 3 night stay!

the facilities in the room where excellent, view exceptional and breakfast great. We arrived later and the restaurant had finished serving but at our request the staff arranged for us to have an memorable meal - thanks!

although I forgot to ask, we were late back to the hotel one night and access, via our room card, wasn't exactly clear

Limburg, relaxing weekend off with great dinners

Excellent location. Super friendly reception staff, truly carrying for customers. Excellent dinners, luxurious and exquisite cuisine of 4-course dinner every evening in the price of the stay.

We noticed the hotel itself is 4 star but room facilities are not really up to 4 stars. For example, the main thing that bothered me was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I really missed in the evening.

Hotel in schöner Lage

Die Lage am Wandergebiet ist perfekt, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet und das Restaurant ist gut.

Das 4 Sterne S Hotel erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen. Unser Zimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft nur oberflächlich gereinigt und überprüft. Wir fanden ein altes Paar Socken im Schrank, die Kaffeemilch war schlecht und die Schiebetür zum Bad defekt. Die Schiebetür wurde zwar sofort repariert, zum Rest bekamen wir nur eine oberflächliche Entschuldigung. Obwohl wir eines der teuren Zimmer hatten und für zwei Abende im Restaurant reserviert hatten, bekamen wir einen Tisch in der hinteren Ecke des Restaurants, ein Tausch war nicht möglich.

Ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt,

er waren buren van kamernummer 2 zeer luidruchtig aanwezig na terugkomst op de kamer. tot 1.00 uur ruzie op de kamer. (Een ouder Belgisch stel) hier melding van gemaakt bij de receptie.

Schitterende ligging met uitzicht op het dal en heuvels. Tip, boek de junior suite. Kleinschalig opgezet, persoonlijk, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je voelt je er direct thuis. Sterren meer dan waard!

Alles goed, behalve het grootse doel van een hotel, een slecht bed.

De service, locatie en vooral dat het heel schoon was. Ontbeit was ook goed.

Dat ik een doorgezakt bed had en daardoor zeer slecht heb geslapen met mijn in m’n rug. Ook bleef het tot laat licht in de kamer door de buitenverlichting. Niet prettig als je vroeg wil slapen.

Pas bij boeken hoorden we dat het restaurant gesloten was. Dat is overkomelijk, maar ook geen bar etc; het leek een beetje een spookhuis

Ons verblijf was in alle opzichten meer dan geslaagd en zonder twijfel voor herhaling vatbaar.

Vriendelijke sfeer, vrolijkheid en humor van de personeelsleden, de behulpzaamheid, de kwaliteit van de consumpties. Verder de ruime en rustige zitgelegenheid en het nog ruimere terras met hetzelfde uitzicht, de sfeervolle grote dinerzaal.

De op zichzelf uitstekende kamer (20) had een slecht doordacht of verkeerd uitgevoerd belichtingsplan. Enerzijds blijven ondanks alle brandende lampen het centrale deel van de kamer, de opberg- of afstelruimte voor de bagage en een van de drie delen van de opbergkast voor kleding onbelicht, en dus in het duister liggen, anderzijds blijft de interne verlichting van de twee andere delen van die kast branden zonder te kunnen worden uitgedaan, en zijn de vier lichtschakelaars bij de ingang op onnavolgbare wijze zo geschakeld en gekoppeld dat je uit bed moet om alle lampen gelijktijdig uit te zetten (zodat je dus in duisternis in je bed moet terugkeren).

Het bed en lawaai ( de gang) Restaurant volledig uitgeboekt bij aankomst en volgende dag! Hadden moeten vermelden bij de booking dat reserveren noodzakelijk is om teleurstelling te voorkomen,nu moisten we onze plan trekking!

Heerlijk genoten

Spa faciliteiten, al is het water van het zwembad wel wat koud. Maar wellicht in de zomer is dit juist heerlijk. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Personeel super vriendelijk. Kamers zijn gerenoveerd, wat zeker gewaardeerd werd

Vibe van restaurant, ontbijtzaal en de salon geeft wel een verouderde sfeer. Eten was goed en service ook.
