We loved the cleanliness and the staff.

The beds that we had were not the best. The mattresses were worn and lumpy. You could definitely tell they had been used a lot.

Wonderful stay, loved the hotel christmas vibes and location.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The atmosphere truly felt like home, especially during Christmas, warm, welcoming, and festive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The suites were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great too, with everything close by shops, restaurants, shopping Mall.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was amazing. The location is also a super plus as it is located in the heart of everything including restaurants, grocery stores , shopping, and entertainment.

I felt the room explained on booking was to the point. We were looking to plan a day of shopping near everything we wanted to do.

We really enjoyed the Homewood Suites in Novi and would definitely stay there again!

Near 12 Oaks Mall and some nice restaurants. Very clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast! One of the best we have had. We really liked talking to the breakfast manager.

Hi, I had a work event and my company paid for this hotel. It was the perfect gem. I loved the buffet style breakfast and friendly staff. The room exceeded my expectations and the cleanliness was great. I will definitely be coming back here for future reference :).

It was okay.

The location was great to go to Novi High School. Facilities were clean in the main lobby and swimming area was clean. We stayed in a Queen suite which had the beds in a separate room.

The room was very out dated with wallpaper bubbled on the walls and not like the pictures at all. The price was expensive for the condition of our room. The breakfast didn't start until 7:00 Saturday morning.

great place to stay - if you have a driver's licence

all the staff was extremely helpful, very friendly the room was clean and very comfortable good infrastructure, shops around

breakfast buffet could've varied a bit on a daily basis because of indoors pool floor up to and inside lift was sometimes very wet/slippery --> maybe a sign inside pool door to ask people to kindly dry off their feet before stepping outside thick curtains at the window in the room couldn't be drawn shut for more privacy

The location was great. I was very impressed they had chorizo breakfast tacos for breakfast. Thats my favorite breakfast and I've never seen it at a hotel before. The bed was very comfortable as well. We didn't utilize the kitchen but it was really nice. I was thankful for the hot tub and pool as well after a very long day. The staff was very friendly as well.

Modern and attractive.

Night clerk was spacey. Toilet and shower were unusable due to no lights in the bathroom. Electrical wiring is defective because microwave blew circuit three times in a row.

Wedding anniversary get a way in a 5 star room

I just really loved the bedding, the bed with the pillows and linens were top notch. Our room was clean bright spacious with a kitchenette. I'd stay there again in a flash.

I need those pillows in my life. I'm upset I couldn't bring the pillows home. 😒

I was double charged for the room and the manager said it was corrected but it was not, staff was unable to accommodate the double charging of the room and were not professional

It was very comforting.

We really appreciated the quite floor. We traveled over 12 hours so it was nice to have the quite space. The rooms were very clean. My wife had some work to complete and it was the best having a Queen suite with a set up for her.

There wasn’t any non-dairy milk options. We aren’t very picky, but we do prefer plant based milk. It’s a time where cows milk was everything, but having a plant based option would be great.

Superb

All of the staff were nice and the property was very clean and well maintained. The location is close to Walmart and other stores as well as different restaurants.

It is a good distance from downtown city of Detroit, and the pillows might’ve been a little too soft where you sink all the way down to the bed when you lay down. Overall, I don’t have any major dislikes.

Nice place to stay, nice location, great customer service!

We were a little late for breakfast, I would have liked it to have been offered a little longer. The gentleman who was managing breakfast got more fresh coffee for us and provided what he could, but we missed the hot breakfast. We appreciated his kindness and friendliness!

Breakfast could have been offered a little longer. 11 would be perfect but even 10 woujd have helped us out! Also, I recommend a special offering of some kind for honors members. Kudos to manager Ray who went above and beyond in the customer service department!
