Studio Living

The property itself was fantastic, very clean, had all the required amenities. We only ate out once for the duration of our stay and did the rest of our cooking using the kitchenette - it had everything we needed and more. Fran was exceedingly nice and made our stay a lot warmer. She even gifted us freshly grown tomatoes from her garden and went out of her way to give us a lift to the airport as we were leaving. We were delighted to find a pod of dolphins swimming not 30 yards away from us on the Hastings River while we were out by the pool. We have visited locations before whereby the pool facilities were disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint, here it was spotless and great to have a dip in (quite sizeable too). I have seen a prior comment that the freezer portion of the fridge was not functioning, if that was an issue as one point, it certainly is not anymore. Fran also provided us with Eskys to tidy us over for bonus cooling. Aldi is less than a 10 minute walk and we actually availed of Woolworth's grocery delivery to the door to stock us up initially.

The pool was great,the jetty good for fishing spot.

Loved the location, very relaxing, enjoyed the dock and watching the dolphins swimming past. The hostess was just lovely. Very comfortable.
