Location, location, location. Property is handy to city centre, bus stops only minutes away, Tourist information centre and small walk around corner, although property has tourist information board that IMO has more useful information. The apartment itself is in a prime position overlooking water, caravan park can be seen plus the busiest cafe for breakfasts we have ever seen. Amenities in the apartment are modern and clean. Comfortable seating with large TV, internet, etc. Shower with plenty of HOT water and pressure. Good access to power points in bedroom along with useful bedside tables. Finally, large balcony to enjoy the sun.

Some basics for cleaning and washing could have been left.

Location to CBD, bus stops and waterfront. The apartment in general, good size, clean and comfortable.

TV. The TV had a fault, it when watching it, it would decide to turn off and back on briefly when ever it felt like it. Internet was slow but reliable. Water saving shower head was terrible, with little pressure you did not feel like you were getting wet. Hot water did not require any cold added when showering which could have contributed to poor showering experience lacking pressure.

It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and the bathroom located beyond a walk through dressing room. It was close the the beach, beach walks and the main shopping centre, but was still off the beaten track, being in a cul-de-sac. It has a gymnasium with a decent range of equipment a a reasonable sized pool (currently - August 2025 - closed for renovations.

Very little. Just be warned, there is no bed linen or towels. However there is an excellent linen hire service that provides all one would need. Check with the renting agents (not Booking.com)
