The bed was comfortable and the property is central to everything, water, shops and restaurants

Centrally located, clean, well equipped, comfortable, great value for money, clear communication, friendly staff

We stay here often because the studios are clean and comfortable and just a very easy walk into the centre of Port. They are equipped with everything you need. Great Cafe only a couple of minutes walk away overlooking the river. Perfect for an early morning coffee and breakfast.

Only slight downside was the wifi that we couldn't connect to at all. Not a huge problem as we're out most of the time but would have been good for a bit of tv in the evening.

Location and reasonably priced

That I couldn't use the EV charging facilities located on site (these are the ones associated with cabins 17-14, no guests were present but staff advised can only use facilities outside of property. In the 3 days I was there, no EV's were parked outside those cabins. How silly not to make them available for use or prioritise them for use with guests who actually have an EV. Charging outside the office means you have no visibility on your car or anyone who would like to steal your charging cable (which costs $200). Make some charging available within the grounds, or put charging stations on each cabin, make the investment.
