About this house rental

- 1950’s completely renovated beach house
- 3 bedrooms, 5 beds to sleep 8 guests
- 2 bathrooms
- Air conditioning to living area
- Ceiling fans to all bedrooms and Living room
- BBQ and outdoor setting
- Washer and Dryer
- All linen is provided except beach towels
- 400 metres to Town beach (patrolled)
- 300 m to restaurants and bowling club, takeaway options
- 900 metres to the CBD.
Bedrooms consist of the following:
Bed 1 - Queen
Bed 2 - Queen and Single
Bed 3 - Double and Single
Please Note:
- Evidence of pets inside ie. pet hair will incur $100 cleaning fee.
- No partying allowed and the neighbours must be respected.
- No smoking inside the home
- Any breakages or items not working must be reported
- Parking is in the driveway (path is not to be blocked) and no parking on grass

This is a great property in a convenient location walk to beaches and coastal walk. The house has been thoughtfully prepared with fantastic cooking and kitchen equipment and the enclosed grassy garden is perfect for pets and kids. I was impressed the property provides an outdoor dog bed and water bowl. Very clean, with modern bathrooms and lovely linen and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a beautiful stay here. The location was fantastic — close to everything we needed, including the beach and lovely cafés.The accommodation was spotless, inviting, and felt warm and homely from the moment we arrived.Cass was wonderful to deal with, communicating quickly and clearly with any questions we had.It was a lovely place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, well-located accommodation.
