Location, that it had ducted air conditioning, it was comfortable and had a bbq as well and the kids loved the ping pong table
Very good functioning laundry with washer and dryer
Great backyard for kids to play in
That when you turn the taps on to have a shower and someone is watching tv you can’t hear the tv because pipes are very noisy!
The outside back tap outside is really bad
I feel that the under lays on all the bed could do with a wash!
My husband and I washed some quilt covers as they weren’t freshly washed
A sandwich toaster would be a great asset to the kitchen

Location is great, the house it is very spacious.
It was very clean and it has lot of cooking pots, plates, mugs, etc for big family.
I will stay again if I need it :)

It was a large home, great size for large family
There was massive road construction at the front door, main road closed to access. Cleanliness was average, very dirty under couches, behind washing machine, door tracks. The house could do with an overall deep clean.
