The location to everything, Short walks to coffee shops and retail

Fabulous location. Short walk to shops cafes restaurants. Nice view over caravan park and water beyond. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but this does not affect their functionality. Some furnishings have been updated from what is in the photos. No linen but hiring was easy with one phone call and $85 fee.

Great location and view.
No towels, bathroom needs some work. No clothes washing powder. Unsafe wiring exposed on balcony

location was perfect as we were attending a music festival at the caravan park.
the lift was not working. lucky we were on the 4th floor. felt sorry for the people on the top few floors.
there was a dreadful smelling room deodorizer in the toilet, we had to lock it in the laundry. hot water ran out & there was only 2 of us staying. the apartment is old and dated, the balconies are awesome, beautiful sun streaming in all weekend. would be pretty hot in summer.
