The location, swimming pool, room, and facilities were all excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Truly a perfect place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

55th Floor view breathtaking. The Manager was very helpful to us throughout our one week stay. He helped us with our luggage on check-in and check-out. He also provided a bedside lamp when requested. Cleaning and clean linen and bed sheets were provided. Thanks 🙏.
The water was either cold or mildly warm in kitchen and bathroom. There was nowhere to hang towels to dry e.g. no hooks on doors. There were completely empty kitchen cupboards; a lack of essential cutlery e.g. dining knives and kitchen utensils for cooking, making it challenging to prepare food. The dining chairs easily slipped on the floor and were not very supportive. Basic internet with low upload speed.

We were staying on the 53rd floor. Great view of the KL skyline. Apartment was clean and bed were comfy. Booked very last minute and owner met us straight away to let us up to the apartment.

Beds were comfortable
- Cockroaches everywhere
- Water leaking from ceiling lights
- Electrical sockets don’t work
- Kitchen sink doesn’t drain for hours
- Internet doesn’t work
- No toiletries and bathroom doesn’t have enough light
