Great location if visiting KL city and close to monorail station. Amazing views from room and pool. Room is really nice. Responses from Customer service is very fast via WhatsApp.
Check in process very complex and especially if you drive, there's loads of traffic in and around the lobby. One need to have 500rm for deposit which was not mentioned to me. Have to wait 2 weeks for money to be released.
Water in pool is not super clean due to large amount of visitors and lift is constantly wet and slippery.

Nice rooms. Very clean.
Location made it very difficult to walk anywhere. Freeways all around it.
Check in & out way too complicated with no desk on main level. How would anyone know to start on the 41 floor?!?
