The pool, rooftop area and gym were amazing. The view over KL from the floor to ceiling windows was great.

The room we were given wasn’t the room we booked. It didn’t have a desk or oven. The staff member changed our room - which was an improvement because it had a desk and table to work from. However despite the advertisement saying it had an oven and a microwave there was no oven. There was also not a single cooking utensil, no forks, no knives only spoons and one chopping knife. There as no tea towel. The washing machine ripped our clothes and the staff member had to change it. The dryer did not work at all on either machine so we had to hang our clothes around the room to dry them. There was no bath mat and with a marble floor it gets very slippery if it’s wet. There was body wash for the supplied toiletries, no shampoo or conditioner. The room also smelt funny on arrival. The smell seemed to go away when the washing machine was changed. It was an extremely basic apartment and didn’t have the amenities that were advertised. Halfway through the stay our lift key stopped working and we couldn’t get back up to our room. For half the time only two lifts were working which meant a 5-10min wait to catch a lift.
