The Global Star Residences At KLCC

Had an amazing time at the Star Residence, everything went well. The location is perfect and the view to the Petronas Tower is gorgeous.

Tower provided were not clean.

Propre et de beaux équipement

Pas assez de serviettes, prévoir ses propres serviettes de piscine, et pas de Balai ou de serpillère c’est très minimaliste c’est un appartement à disposition mais avec le minimum syndical!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The reception was more than wonderful, the help with my luggage was excellent, and the registration process was fantastic. The manager, Farouk, is a very good man who provided great assistance with everything related to the city, from restaurants and shops to how to use the taxi service. The service room was excellent, with all the cleaning supplies, linens, and overall cleanliness being superb. The view of the city is magnificent, the pool is very beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderfully calm, and the cooling was more than excellent. They provide you with water every day and ask you every day if you need anything or have any questions.

Nothing was perfect; everything was more than wonderful, and I received all the help and answers I needed for everything.

La résidence est très bien située dans KLCC. C'est une résidence assez haut de gamme avec 2 piscines dont une donnant sur les tours Petronas (tower 2).

L'appartement qui nous a été attribué n'était pas celui que nous avions réservé. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec 2 chambres et nous avons eu un appartement qu'avec une seule chambre avec 1 lit dans le salon. Nous l'avons découvert la veille quand la personne qui s'occupe de la conciergerie nous a envoyé une vidéo de l'appartement, sans le spécifier pour autant. Aucune excuse, ni compensation (appartement plus petit). Sinon appartement au 45ème étage avec une jolie vue sur les tours. Un coup de peinture serait nécessaire sur certains murs.
