Holiday Suites at Star

Good apartment in great location - good facilities although pool was closed during our stay.

Prachtige locatie en uitzicht.

De host was niet heel aardig en super schoon was het niet. Daarnaast moesten we een nacht in een andere kamer verblijven om vervolgens voor twee nachten in onze kamer te kunnen slapen. Dit was erg vervelend en hier stond geen compensatie tegenover. Na een reis van 20 uur zit je hier zeker niet op te wachten!!

My second stay, this time in tower 2, on floor 36. The stunning view from the sleeping rom on the two petronas towers was amazing. The studios are spacious, clean, safe. Good airco and bed. Very friendly staff. Cleaning the rooms daily. The rooftop view is lovely, perfect to enjoy the evening. So are the pools. Location is a prime area, very convenient on 5 min walking distance to the towers and Suria mall, also 5 min to the trainstation and Avenue K mall. A grab pick up point at tower 1. Lots of restaurants around and ATMs very near by. Communication via whatsapp was promptly.

The price you see on booking.com as "total price" does not include the taxes and other charges. That could be more clearly communicated. Be prepared for payment in cash at arrival. My second studio had some furniture that could use a bit of paint, and the kitchen is minimally equipped. This is a very minor thing, not effecting my stay at all. I would come back again at any time without hesitation. Thank you for another good stay!

Location was quite convenient

Very disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. Bedsheets and pillow cases were not changed regularly, they just make the bed with the same sheets that were put the other day. I could actually feel the dust in the room. Did not mop the floor just a little sweep on the floor. Basic housekeeping standards were not met. I hope the host improves their cleaning practices, as guests should be able to expect a clean and comfortable room plus living room
