Holiday Suites at Star

• Awesome views • Spacious appartment • Spacious and confortable beds • Good soundproofing between apartments • Nice swimming pools (water a little too cold however) • Gym is great • There is a washing machine / drier in the bedroom

 The arrival wasn't very welcoming: staff wasn't friendly room wasn't ready at check in time and we had to wait for 1h the room we received wasn't the one informed on booking.com room was still dirty and smelled of cigarette so we complained and they changed our room again A bit impractical: no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom nothing for the dishes to drain over no dish towel no toaster Not very clean: wine glasses in the cupboard are stained dirty with wine traces at bottom of glass no brush and shovel is available for customers to clean crumbs off the floor if any

Amazing location, very clean room , great facilities , shimmy who greeted us was amazing throughout our stay

Emplacement au top ,Mr Raihan est tres sympa .Piscine, la vue et la salle de gym au top !

Peut être un nettoyage plus approfondie de la maison serait un bon plus mais sinon cest bon dans l'ensemble.

Location was quite convenient

Very disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. Bedsheets and pillow cases were not changed regularly, they just make the bed with the same sheets that were put the other day. I could actually feel the dust in the room. Did not mop the floor just a little sweep on the floor. Basic housekeeping standards were not met. I hope the host improves their cleaning practices, as guests should be able to expect a clean and comfortable room plus living room
