I really liked the location, as it was conveniently situated near all the major shopping areas. The spacious accommodation was another highlight, providing plenty of room for our large family. The number of rooms perfectly suited our needs, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Traffic can be quite heavy during peak hours, so it's worth factoring in some extra travel time. One of the bedrooms is combined with the utility area where the washing machine is located, and it does not have a window, which may not be ideal for some guests.

Plenty of rooms, beds, could accommodate big families. Host is very friendly and accommodating

Facilities can be better, some lights are not working, toilet room could be prepared at put at the toilet, maybe could look into the wirings especially at the kitchen area.

No bath towels No washcloths to wash dishes Not many instructions to use equipment Sinks blocked Uncomfortable beds. No dishwasher If leaving bags has to be kept too far away from actual accommodation.

The location was great with three bedrooms for the family. It has a huge living area. We liked that there was a swimming pool and a gym, and it was very close to the PETRONAs towers. The apartment is well equipped but some of the cups were dirty. The apartment could do with a deep clean and offered more floor mats for shower, but overall it was neat and tidy. Staff for helpful in their WhatsApp communication.

There were some dirty areas such as the laundry and some of the cups and crockery were not clean in the cupboard. As I said there should be a deep clean as the walls are a bit scratched and had crayon drawings on the walls. Luggage storage service was offered but it was at a different building and required travel by taxi.
