la récupération des clefs a été un peu fastidieuse surtout après notre voyage. Par contre la remise des clefs du Chech out s'est bien déroulé. Et devoir régle le solde en espèces n'est pas pratique

Great location! It is just a short walk to the nearest LRT station. Even better, you can take the LRT underpass to walk straight into Suria KLCC, which is super convenient. I stayed up on Level 27 and enjoyed a nice view, though my unit didn't face the Twin Towers. Still a wonderful place to stay. Parking is available onsite and you will need to find the exact lot number that is assigned.
A few areas in the room could use some upkeep and repair. Specifically, the sink water tap and toilet shower door need attention, and there is a broken, moldy ceiling that looks like it suffered from water seepage. I also noticed stains on the towels and floor mats. To maintain a good impression of cleanliness, it would be much better to replace stained linens instead of washing and reusing them.
