Access to KLCC and Bistro Adam that serves value for money, local food
We drove to this property but the receiving staff had limited English and gave poor, unclear instructions to park at Tower 2 while our unit was in Tower 1. Fortunately, a more experienced staff Akbar salvaged the situation.

The second apartment that was allocated on the second day was beautiful and met our expectations
There was confusion on our arrival even though I alerted them that we were on our way for check-in. The apartment was not available and we were allocated a negotiated apartment that was not up to standard. I felt we were taken for a ride. However he was nice

The property is in a good location. Nice pools and gym. My unit had a nice view of Petronas Towers.
The unit I stayed in was run down. The washing machine was broken. No microwave. Bed was uncomfortable. No hand towels, wash cloths, or bath mat. Elevators often took forever.
