I liked that the host was on site and we could arrange the time of a pickup. This made it very easy. Facilities in general were amazing but I would prefer if the swimming pool was a bit warmer :)
I didn't like that you cant leave your luggage at the reception but have to wait for the host to then take your luggage to another apartment. It looked a bit shady but was completely fine in the end!

I liked the location, the lobby was large with air con, rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bar and pool was excellent just a bit crowded. Facilities were good too.
Check in and check out process is very strange, especially for first timers. The check in process requires you to not go to a desk like normal, but to wait for a host to text you a meet up time…unusual but fine in the end

The location near to quill city mall
The room is noisy from the direction of the road, it is unclean, the floor is broken, and the bathroom door does not close. They do not care about the little things that we look for it
