The view so lovely, room spacious, the location main city very easy to access property. The building very modern and huge spacious lobby. We loved suites beautiful view kl tower and swimming pool top floor incredible twin tower view with manara tower city loft was amazing we hope see you again.

Nice apartment complex, the pool on the rooftop had a great view. Location was ok, a pretty short walk to lots of different places of interest. Apartment itself was fine, clean and big enough although beds are quite hard and couch also very hard/uncomfortable. The washing machine was super handy.

The main issue we had was not being put in the apartment we had booked. We booked the 111m 2 bedroom deluxe apartment, which was a higher price than the 102m 2 bedroom deluxe apartment and was supposed to have two proper bedrooms. Instead they put us in the smaller 102m apartment which has one bedroom and a small windowless office with a second bed. I understand mistakes can happen but when I contacted the host about this they just kept lying to me telling me I was in the apartment I booked, and refusing to acknowledge that it wasn't? Despite the fact they have two seperate listings for the two apartments, and I could show that I had booked the more expensive one with a proper second bedroom. Eventually they agreed to move me after the first night. I am assuming they had double booked and didn't have our booked apartment available on our first night. I can completely understand that mistakes like this can happen, and in the end we didn't move just to make things easier. But the lying and refusing to admit the mistake was kind of frustrating and disappointing.
