Excellent location, beautiful building with amazing pools and facilities. Easy to check in and out, secure, easy access with lifts, great views and wifi, and the apartment was also comfortable, clean and functional.
Having an area to dry towels/clothes would have been great.

We loved our stay at Tower one of The Star residences!
The location was fantastic on the 40th floor, we could see the Petronas towers from our bedroom window!
The pool on floor 69 has fantastic views day and night of the Petronas towers and city and also has a bar and jacuzzi!
The studio was super clean with cold air con in all rooms and cleaned with fresh towels daily! There was a washing machine and dryer which was very convenient and a kitchen if you did want to cook.
The location is in the heart of KLCC and has 2 convenience stores next door!
Abu was friendly and super helpful to provide us with all the information that we needed for a flawless check in and check out. Great communication!
A fantastic place to stay that we hope to stay in again when we return to KL!

The location was very good as it was very near to Petronas Towers.
The apartment is bare minimum, only one mirror in the bathroom, and to get ready no long mirror anywhere else. We were three ladies and were fighting for the mirror. The apartment was dirty you can see all the dust on the skirting board. The towels and linen looked all worn out. They knew we were a family of four and only gave three towels, had to ask for more which they were reluctant to give.
It was good we only stayed for one night, otherwise we would have to move. We stayed in apartment on 17th floor , room 2z
