I've stayed at many serviced apartments in KL but the team here stood out. They responded to every message almost instantly and made sure the unit was exactly as we needed before arrival. The location near KLCC is a bonus, but the people here are the real highlight.

Location is quite convenient for KLCC, ten minute walk.
Unfortunately it’s a very busy building. Waiting time for a lift could be very long. The main problem is the staff of the management company being unresponsive and not at all helpful (only available on WhatsApp!!). When we arrived there were no plugs on the bedside lamps or lamp in the lounge. The drains smelled terribly the whole time we were there. Standard of housekeeping is bad, very bad. Only one room key allowed! What kind of rule is this?? Gym was always full as it is so small for such a large building. Disappointing is the word I would use to describe it.
