The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful city view. Check-in was smooth and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Parking was a bit confusing and limited at times. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

White goods were functional. Bathroom facilities worked.
Towels & sheets should have been thrown away years ago. Mattress was awful. Furniture although in working order were really old, sofa looked and felt dirty to sit on. There are so many photos of different apartments you have no idea what you’re going to get, but our host didn’t move us to a better one following our immediate complaint on arrival. Cooking utensils were limited, although some items were supplied soon after we pointed out what we needed

The location was fine and near KLCC and LRT.
The room require some upgrading and upkeeping. Aircon not working well and there were many tiny cockroaches around.
