Nearby not really easy to find simple food court

Everything works and the room was pleasant and comfortable. We like the beds and pillows most of all and the fact that there is a water dispenser in the kitchen. Generally, we like the place and will come back for a weekend staycation in the city when we can, perhaps later in the year. Thank you very much.

When we came outbof the lift, there was strong smell of cigarette smoke along the corridor but it was ok in the unit. Also, the television was not working, We did not mind that because we came just stayed for one specifically for KLCC Half Marathon 2026. Had we decided to stay longer, we would have wanted the TV to work.

Excelente ubicación en KLCC. Linda pileta con vistas. Asistente Puteri muy solicita y educada.

Se nos asignó un departamento que no fue el que elegimos. No tenía los servicios contratados (lavarropas, cafetera, pava eléctrica). Luego de reclamarlo y de una discusión con el personal de registro del edificio (una experiencia HORRIBLE) y de que hiciera un reclamo en booking.com, trajeron las cosas faltantes. La limpieza del departamento era la justa. Las sábanas y almohadas olían a humedad. Fue una decepción, la verdad. El personal fue muy amable, pero el daño (la experiencia con la chica de registro) ya estaba hecho.

The location was good, and overall it was an OK experience.

Some maintenance is definitely required in the rooms. The facial recognition system in the lifts wasn’t working when we were there so it was difficult to get to our room as there is no reception assistance an we had to hang around the lift for ages until someone would let us in.
