The Pureloft Suites - Bukit Bintang KLCC

The property was a great size, beds were really comfortable, pool was beautiful And the view of the city was really nice. Was about a 10 min grab drive to the big shops.

Unfortunately we were unable to use the main bathroom due to the extreme smell of mold. We resorted to using the ensuite in the main room. There were no curtains in 1 of the rooms. A few things I’d like to suggest would be something to sweep with ( broom, dustpan), a tea towel to wipe dishes and even a few extra rolls of toilet paper. And some curtains in the bedroom that didn’t have any.

The property was very comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here, it is one of the best! I would definitely stay again 🩷

Property was absolutely great. It had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would love to book again!!

The location was good and the apartment was spacious. The view was nice.

The place was not very clean at all. The bedsheets and chairs had large stains and hair /dirt on them when we arrived. There are 2 spare mattresses but they also had stains and didn't look clean. Over the course of the four nights there was a foul smell of sewage coming from the pipes and drains. The TV did not work. There were only 8 towels when we indicated that we had 10 guests. There was not enoufht toilet roll, and no facial tissues so we had to buy some from the minimart downstairs. Even though the booking.com page advertised 4 bedrooms, please take note that the last bedroom is not actually a room, just a curtain around a bed. This is a misrepresentation! The male receptionist was most unfriendly, unhelpful and at times even rude. While there is a luggage storage facility available at a nearby store, you have to pay for it and the man who mends the store is not always there (you'll need to try to contact him on WhatsApp and he's not always responsive).
