The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is also on a pretty good location, many places to eat around.
The only downside was the slow elevator at certain times, specifically around the checkout times like 11PM-12PM but that is not a big issue as its quite common in hotels in KL.

Old rooms it requires attention & fixing, the host wasn’t reachable easily.
