Location! Close to train and town center. Had everything we needed. Great wifi available. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Bedrooms got a little warm, but fans were provided. Would absolutely stay here again.

Shower leaked into main area of bathroom. Wonder if a bead of caulk at edge of glass partition on the tile would help direct water coming down glass to the shower floor.

Beautiful house, nice and clean, the location is great, in the middel of the center. Everything we needed was there, even towels and shower gel.

The bed was a little short for us, and we would prefer matrimonial beds.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr großzügig und modern. Neues Badezimmer. Insgesamt sehr hübsch und gemütlich. Terrasse dabei. Wir würden wieder kommen. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt und viele Lokale gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt zwischen zwei Grachten.

De woning is luxe, ruim en ligt in een gezellig straatje in oude centrum. Er is een gezellige woonkamer met een kast vol spelletjes. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en boven zijn twee grote slaapkamers.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus zentrumsnah

Sehr gemütliches, modern renoviertes neuwertiges Haus am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen. Nur knapp 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Küche sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Kostenloser Parkplatz (cycle hub) ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, aber ziemlich voll.

Relativ steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Daher nicht für eingeschränkt mobile Personen geeignet.

Mooi huis in het centrum van Middelburg

Het Dokhuis is een gezellig, goed ingericht huis met een volledig ingerichte keuken met een Senseo koffieapparaat. Mocht je langer verblijven dan zou ik wat extra pads meenemen. Er staat wel een dienblad met wat pads, blikje cola, flesje Spa en een zakje chips voor je klaar. De kleine tuin is prima om in het zonnetje te zitten. Het huis is keurig schoon. De slaapkamers zijn prima ingericht maar hou rekening mee dat in de slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden een klein trapje staat met 2 treden naar de gang toe. Mocht je minder goed ter been zijn dan kun je beter slapen in het tweepersoonsbed wat gelijkvloers ligt met de gang. Vanuit het Dokhuis loop je in no time naar het gezellige centrum van Middelburg. Het huis staat bijna aan het einde van een doodlopende weg, je kunt hier wel je auto uitladen maar niet parkeren en je kunt ook niet makkelijk je auto keren zeker niet als je een grote auto hebt. Je moet dan achteruitrijden en je auto parkeren bij parkeergarage Kousteensedijk of op de Loskade of gratis op de parkeerplaats Oude Veerseweg. Gastheer Roel heeft ons gezellig ontvangen en alles goed uitgelegd. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad en komen hier zeker weer terug!
