The actual apartment, the size, the layout, the access to upstairs/downstairs toilets, good sized kitchen, comfortable seating area - all made for a great place to stay. I enjoyed the proximity to the center of town and all of the activities. I was there to have some evening drinks - so this fit into my plans.

The apartment is literally in the center of an outdoor party every night on weekends. An event center and night club is across the very small alley - and its people stay out VERY late (3am or later) making loud noises, laughing, chasing each other around, yelling. When you are laying in bed, it feels like there are 50 people in your bedroom having a college party. This is NOT a cute holiday retreat in some quiet Dutch village; this is a dance party and you're invited whether you want to be or not.

Locatie is prima!
