A calm and pleasant stay in a cozy wooden studio — great place to relax and recharge.

The studio is cozy and quiet, with a lovely natural atmosphere and warm wooden details. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is peaceful but still close to the city center — perfect for a short stay.

The shower area could use a bit more light and ventilation, but overall it didn’t affect the experience.

Fine. Does the job for a night or two

Great location and had all the very basic amenities

Cleanliness was just about passable but could definitely do with a deep clean soon. You need to keep the (noisy) air con on the whole time or the door open if you want any air in the place. There’s only one other very small glazed window that doesn’t open.

Clever compact place requiring some improvement

Cleverly designed, very compact apartment with good location. Suitable for a family of four. Ventilator kept the indoor air fresh (after we found it it and understood how it works).

Locking of the door: difficult to open for the first time. Also, in case of emergency, one should be able to open the door from inside quickly and easily, even when it's locked (eg. during night). As the ventilator is in a bit difficult place, more detailed instructions would be nice. No ventilation in toilet. Soundproofing between this studio and the apartment upstairs is not good enough. One can basically hear what people are saying upstairs. We were lucky that the people upstairs did not stay up late or play music.

Lovely studio, but stay ruined by the noise of guests upstairs,& porch door can’t lock

Lovely central Location with bars restaurants and market a few minutes walk away.

The upstairs guests were extremely noisy and had absolutely no consideration for us with loads of running and jumping about and loudest talking voices ever very late at night and at 0630 in the morning, they had no respect for us as guests below them. Also the entrance door was not lockable so anyone could get in the porch and sleep or urinate in there(this didn’t happen to us but could easily happen etc)

nice stay but hidden costs!

the apartment is nice, looks like a lot is new and also it is well equipped.

the host sent me a link for paying the tourist tax. this doesn’t work for all bank accounts. and for paypal he wanted more money because of paypal costs. that isn’t my fault that i can’t pay with the other option.

Booking.com cannot put in his website place like that not safe and without privacy. It was a nightmare for my kids. During the night they were awakened from some people living the apartment upstairs looking inside the property through the windows. And that was very scaring. I should ask for a refund.

Cleverly designed appartment in excellent location

Appartment close to the city center, cosy and with a clever design, like a tiny house it has all you need on minimal room. I recommend opening the sliding door for some extra daylight and an authentic neighbourhood experience. The owners are very friendly and responsive.

It is smaller than it seems from the description and probably not suitable for non-family groups as there are no doors between the different sections of the appartment. There is only one small window so not much daylight if the sliding door is closed.

Przenikliwa wilgoc w obiekcie nie zrobila na mnie tak wielkiego wrazenia jak fakt iz oblazły mnie i pogryzly robaki ktore byly w lozkach. Byly to pluskwy i nie mogl byc to przypadek poniewaz druga osoba tez zostala pogryziona a spala w innym lozku. Wlasciciel udawal ze nic sie nie stalo i nie poczuwa sie do odpowiedialnosci za straty jakie pinioslem w zwiazku z pralnia czyszczeniem samochodu oraz poszukiwaniem hotelu o 2 w nocy. Bardzo przykre przezycie oraz podejscie wlasciciela ktore uwlacza godnosci.

Ich habe als Alleinreisende in diesem gemütlichen Apartment in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Mittelburg übernachtet. Das Apartment ist zwar klein, aber bestens ausgestattet, mit bequemen Betten und allem, was man braucht – für einen Städtetrip perfekt! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Alles ist super unkompliziert: Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten, einfacher Kontakt zu den Vermietern per Chat. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Kort maar krachtig

Je liep zo het centrum in, maar zodra het na 21:00 uur was gingen alle kroegen open in de straat en veranderde de hele sfeer en hoor je de muziek van alle kanten

Geen ramen waar je bij kon luchten, het was stoffig. En het ventilatie systeem waar frisse lucht uit moest komen was vies. Het was amper mogelijk om op een normale manier uit bed te komen, laat staan als je in de nacht moet plassen. Wij zijn uit eindelijk om 23:00 uur een ander hotel gaan boeken. Hier viel niet normaal te slapen Het tussen gangetje van de “garagedeur” staat de hele nacht open, want niet heel prettig voelt met alle uitgaansgelegenheden om de hoek en in de straat, aangezien de deur van de B&B niet heel veel voorstelde. Eind punt het voelde alles bij elkaar niet fijn.
