Modern ‘penthouse’ apartment conveniently located close to shops, bars and restaurants.
Modern apartment at the top of the building, great use of space with fully equipped kitchen - fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher. Welcome offering of some coffee pods and other condiments, especially as we arrived late to the apartment. Lovely bathroom carefully planned to fit the space and even had a washing machine hidden away! Beautiful view over the hills behind Santa Margherita from the dinning table. Supermarket just down the path, which also had a useful lift to save walking the steps every time!
Everything suited us just fine, some may not like the steps to the building and the final flight of steps to the apartment.

Location And mini fridge is good for summer.
The bed is not the same as shown in pictures. I thought there were 2 individual beds (my mistake) I asked for an additional couch, it was not an option, also I asked to reduce the days of my stay, and also it was not possible. The height of the ceiling is reduced in the bathroom, you hit your head sometimes. The landlord made me sign a contract previously to take the apt during my checkin, I would have prefered to do it prevously or at the moment of the reservation. They also charged eu 90 for cleaning services, but if you leave trash...they are supposed to be allowed to charge an extra eu 50. This was estated in the contract that I had to sign in the checkin. Also nobody was at the moment of the checkout. I never left the apartment in peace of mind...

Hübsche Wohnung, klein aber fein.
Kleine, hübsche Dachwohnung, in 10‘ zu Fuss im Städtchen. Gratis Parkplatz, was in St. Margherita nicht üblich ist. Unkompliziertes einchecken.
Für 2 Nächte okay, ansonsten fehlte mir eine Terrasse. Wohnung im 6. Stock, Lift nur bis zum 5. Stock. Schnellster Weg in die Stadt über steile Treppe. Also Wohnung nur buchen, wenn man gut zu Fuss ist!
