Great location, WiFi & Air Con. lovely host, wonderful stay

The apartment looks exactly like the photos, so our expectations were clear from the start. Communication about accessing the property and directions from the Riomaggiore train station was very good. Check‑in and check‑out were straightforward, and although late check‑out wasn’t possible due to turnover, I adjusted my train ticket and everything worked out well. Reaching the apartment was not challenging —a short walk uphill, but not steep, and manageable with rolling bags. There are steps to reach the first floor, so packing light is helpful, especially since there is a washing machine in the partially renovated bathroom. The location is lively at all hours: restaurants and pubs at night, cleaning services, shops opening early, and tourists filling the street from the morning. This is the atmosphere we chose, so the noise was expected. If you prefer quiet, this may not be the right area. The apartment was very clean, and the linens were fresh and well‑pressed-I valued this a lot.

What surprised us was that only one bed was prepared. We were a mother and adult son traveling together, and we do not share a bed. When I asked about the second set of linens for the sofa bed, the response from the contact person felt odd; service arrived the next morning with a remark that we should have informed them in advance. My son did not have bedding for the first night. The sofa bed converts into two single beds, which in my opinion may not be very comfortable for two adults if you are a group of four. The beds are difficult to put together and to sleep on at the same level. It worked fine for us—my son is not very picky, he didn’t pay much attention to the size of the bed. Advice for future guests: if two people are traveling but do not share a bed, inform the host before arrival to avoid inconvenience.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay here! The location was perfect and close to everything. The balcony/terrace was amazing - we enjoyed it every day. Everything was covered in the apartment, dishes, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. Felt very much a part of the town staying here.

We loved everything about this property. The location in our eyes was awesome. There are bars and restaurants all around you. The train station is at the bottom of the street so easy to jump on a train to visit any of the other villages in The Cinque Terre. The apartment has everything you need. It is spacious. The bed is comfortable and you have your own balcony where you can sit out and have a glass of wine or a coffee and watch the world go by. Would thoroughly recommend this stay for anyone coming to Riomaggiore.
