Excellent Property in Riomaggiore

The location is excellent, being a short walk from the station and in the middle of town. It has easy access to small food shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with attention to details like washing up liquid, coffee pods, cushions for outside chairs ect. It is very comfortable and the balcony is a great spot for breakfast or evening drinks watching the passers-by. Alessandro is always available,via What'sapp, for advice. We really enjoyed staying here.

A bit of street noise in the morning from delivery fans but no big deal. The shower height as been mentioned in some reviews. I am 1.86 metres tall and it was only a minor inconvenience.

Best place and awesome host!

Unit was very clean and in the center of the town. Short walk to the train station. Food places are right outside your doorstep. Everything we needed was available during our stay even down to the laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable and both our children even confirmed it. Our host was very nice, kind and very responsive. He gave us a very detailed message on areas/restaurants to go to. He was the best host! Change of towels provided during middle of our stay which was a really nice gesture. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at during this trip! Would love to stay here again if we ever return. Thank you!

Riomaggiore at its best - perfection

Absolutely superb in every way , immaculately clean , everything you need is provided , right in the centre of the high street with a balcony you can people watch from. We travelled by the train that goes every 15 minutes to each of the Cirque Terre villages and agreed that Riomaggiore is definitely the best , after that we loved Lavanta , the host was amazing , sorted out a taxi to take our baggage to the apartment and gave us loads of ideas about places to visit and restaurants, we added a third night to our stay , this Airbnb has been the best on our travels so far !

Great location! Very close to the train station and marina. Alessandro was very helpful and accommodating. We had water and snacks upon arrival. Our stay was great despite the weather. Shops were within our reach, and there was a laundrymat close to the apartment to dry our clothes.

The noisy neighbours upstairs who liked to drag things and stomp at night, and the loud collection of bottles in the morning. But these things will not deter us to come back to Ca'la Luna.

Perfect.

It was located along the Main Street 5 mins walk from the train station. Close to everything Riomaggiore has to offer. The balcony was the perfect place to sit and people watch while sipping a glass of wine. Host was amazing, sent us a long list of places to eat, things to do and made our stay so much better and more efficient for the short time that we were there.

Like others have mentioned the shower was awkward but don’t let it be a deterrent. Adds to the character of the place.

Small cozy apartment in a beautiful town

Host’s son met us at the train station to walk us to the property and helped with luggage which was very kind. Clean cozy apartment met our needs for a 2 night stay for family of 4. Cute terrace to relax and watch people walking by.

The shower situation which many reviewers mentioned. Very difficult to manage holding the showerhead and kneel, sit or duck in the bathtub while showering and not spray water outside the tub. Suggest mounting the showerhead on the wall and adding a shower curtain for privacy since it’s the only bathroom and others may need to use the toilet or sink at the same time. Also no blankets were available, just a thin duvet cover over the sheet, was cold.

The property was in such a perfect location. it was very clean and comfortable and had all the things you might find helpful - hair dryer, iron, coffee machine. The best part was the small but perfect balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee and watch the world go by

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. It had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable PLUS was in an ideal location! We loved our stay and would definitely come back! Oh and the personal touch of meeting us at the train station and walking us to the unit was very appreciated. Thank you!!

Good base to explore c/Terre

the property is centrally located and easy to access even for a late check in. it contains everything you need for a short stay. its a very comfortable stay.

there is no shower but only hand shower in the bath. i guess it's workable but not convenient. I was looking forward to Allesandros home made Limoncello but maybe this was not in season :)

Great apartment, perfect location.

Perfect location, right in the heart of riomaggiore. Up just one flight of stairs from street level. Coop is across the street and restaurants all around. Facilities good, just about everything you could need. A fabulous stay. The terrace is fantastic for morning coffee or afternoon drinks and people watching.

Slightly short of plates etc and a bracket to hold the shower head in the bath is needed. Super minor issues ( not really issues at all)

We had a Wonderful time in Riomaggiore, Alesandro’s apartment was lovely, it has everything you need. He left us fresh lemons, croissants and a bottle of his homemade limenchello, which was lovely and went down nicely in a Spritz. Amazing location right on the Main Street. Helped us with any questions and queries we had whilst staying in Cinque Terre. Very prompt in replying also! Definitely will return to his apartment and Cinque Terre again.

I wish I could live in this apartment.

Everything about this apartment was beautiful. we loved our time here. Alessandro was a very considerate host. He made a reservation for the parking for us, as all parking in Riomaggiore is residential, without a reservation. He also met us outside of town and guided us to the parking and the apartment so we didn’t have any trouble finding the place. The apartment was immensely comfortable. It was clear that Alessandro puts a lot of love into the place. He also provided waters, juices, coffee, and breakfast items for us to have. I would have stayed forever.

There is only a bathtub, no shower. But honestly the bathtub was so nice we didn’t mind.

Beautiful, newly renovated and sparkling clean appartement in the Main Street of Riomaggiore. Great host, very friendly and welcoming. Big balcony to eat and observe street life. The appartement is spacious and beautifully decorated. It contains everything you need: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, drinks and breakfast items. Big thank to Alessandro, we will be back!

Comfortable, roomy, with balcony (very important) to hava a coffee, breakfast and observe a life on a main street. Kitchen with everything you may need, very small tv, but who needs a tv in Riomaggiore? Easy acces to everything, payable parking 10 min away, which was ok with us. Hopefully we'll enjoy both, CT and appartment again next year.
