Over all very clean and very friendly staff.

Loved every, the housekeeping just need to be a bit more detailed. There was so much hair on the bathroom shower wall and also no conditioner. The toilet paper holder is so so dirty and dusty. The one room had no body wash and basically no toilet paper. We did ask for no housekeeping while staying there but do expect a full turn over pre check in.

Don’t knock on doors while people are still asleep. Get a list of all who have left and clean those rooms.

It was clean & nice

The housekeeping kept knocking on our door when we were asleep. I have insomnia and would’ve like to get some rest and sleep before our long drive back home. I told them we were still here. I had to get out of bed to tell them we were still sleeping at 9:30am and check out was at 12pm. Then at 10am another housekeeper came knocking and so we got up and got ready to leave due to them knocking on our door so disrespectful and disappointing on housekeepers. We paid to sleep and get rest. We didn’t pay for someone to knock on our door and waking us up so they can finish cleaning.

Clean, big room, nice staff

The old window side type of AC unit would blast cold air or be totally off, so it was really cold or hot. Weird smell in the room. High floor but noises from car outside. I will not stay here again.

It was close to the Space Center and lots of eating places! Very convenient and comfortable for the money! Our breakfast was awesome!

Ac made noise. Toilet wasn't filling up so made noise all night. Breakfast was a complete disaster. Room was tiny. My bill was more than what was confirmed. Front desk lady said it's state taxes 🫤

Ruined our sleep

Just the location as it was quite close to NASA space center

The carpets were wet in the room. The room and the entire 4th floor had a weird smell(Perhaps it wasn’t used for a while) We reported this to Reception who promised to send maintenance which never arrived. The staff at the Reception were least bothered when we complained this during check out

Yes I had a handicap room which meant everything was small.. the bed was barely off the floor… I’ve never slept so low so I didn’t sleep well… they didn’t have anymore rooms…. They need to let people know so I could’ve made the decision if I wanted to stay…, all they said was my apologies never tried to resolve… don’t think I would ever stay at that one again
