One night would be enough if you are traveling through

The room was a huge size, with King size bed, very comfy chaise lounge seating.

No house keeping unless you stay 3 days or more, first place I’ve ever stayed with no housekeeping!!! Breakfast was bad, not sure what the hot stuff was but certainly didn’t look appealing to us. The noise of traffic from the freeway all night, I am a light sleeper, had to use ear plugs. Noise from floor above thumping in the middle of the night, poor sound proofing. We had money taken from our credit card that we can’t account for and hotel is not responding to our emails.

Our fridge didn’t work properly and the air conditioning was either freezing cold or off as it didn’t work. Ironing board was broken and fell to bits.

Comfy and Great location

Comfy, spacious and plenty of amenities close by as long as you have a car. We enjoyed the location, as it was easy to get to and useful for our visit. Georgette was super helpful and needs special mention because she was simply amazing!

At other Holiday Inn properties, as an IHG member I could request late check out any time during the stay and it was guaranteed, however at this location it was limited and you couldn't request it until the day of check out. We didn't need it in the end, but it felt a little frustrating.

Modern with so many restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast was ok. The pool looked awesome but we did not have time. Bed was like a cloud. So comfortable.

Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

The room smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in it and it had been covered up. I presume staff thought they did a decent job of covering it up but it only masked it. In sleeping in the bed, everytime you moved, it would release the odor which meant not much restful sleep. We would have asked for another room but when we checked in she said she only had one more room available so we thought the chances of it being any available were slim. It needed a deep cleaning, not just air freshener. The AC felt a bit inadequate as it felt musty in the room. The towels are thin and not very many are provided.

Great hotel

Very good hotel, quiet, comfortable and a very good location. We had the Houston CityPass and this hotel was a perfect location for all of them. The longest drive was only about 30 minutes with traffic. Also there was a very large orb weaver spider in the tree between the parking lots of the 2 hotels back there that became our friend lol. Our son named it Tony. Each day when we left we would go over and check on Tony to make sure it was OK. The last day after we loaded up our vehicle we had to go over and tell Tony goodbye and our son was hoping we could bring it home lol.

Having to find an ice machine that worked lol. We stayed on the second floor and at the time we stayed only the 3rd floor ice machine worked

Amazing , Keep up the great work

The staff was VERY FRIENDLY . They were available at all times and answered every question . Every time I walked by the front desk they always acknowledged me an my family ! If we are ever back in Texas we would definitely choose this hotel over an over again. Will not come back due to poor management and health hazard.

Location was great other than having to do a UTURN under i45 every time we wanted towards Houston. Best part was that it was a minute from Costco.

A week’s stay expense was not worth the amenities or quality of staff. My husband was swimming with our daughter in the pool and stepped in actual human feces. When we notified the front desk of the multiple turds at the bottom of the pool, they said ‘management’ would call us regarding the incident. We never received a follow up of any kind, no apology, no accountability. They let the feces simmer at the bottom of this pool for over 13 hours as we didn’t see the manager deal with it until the following morning. Again no apologies for the inconvenience or discount of any sort for how this was handled. This was a literal health hazard.
