Ideal for people who need space, comfort and light. There are 3 steps to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment is barrier-free. Doors from room doors or the entrance lock are at 0,9m height. Shower, toilet have space for wheelchair and helper. Attention was paid to environmentally friendly and high-quality materials: stoneware tiles in sanitary with increased slip resistance, wooden floors with natural oil, high-quality wall paints. The bedrooms and apartment doors are between 90 and 120cm wide, 2.06m high and in heavy quality, so that all have their peace. The rooms are 2,70m high for air to breathe.
