The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely play area. The property also has a beautiful pond with Koi fish, which adds a relaxing and charming touch to the surroundings. The spacious parking area is another great advantage, making the stay even more convenient.
What I didn’t like about the apartment was that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there was no daily housekeeping service. The apartment is also located on the first floor with no elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Additionally, there was noticeable traffic noise from the main road, which could be disturbing at times.

El entorno y la canasta de baloncesto, aunque el cescep del jardín estaba completamente seco por la falta de riego.
La cocina tenía un mini-frigorífico (tipo minibar hotel) en el que es muy complicado tener alimentos y bebidas frescas en pleno mes de julio a más de 35º, y más cuando eramos 8 personas en un apartamento de 3 dormitorios. Además, la cocina tenía muy pocos utensilios para cocinar. No tenía tostadora, batidora, cuchillos de cocina para cortar queso/carne, sartenes muy quemadas. Debido a la zona, había muchos mosquitos, y las ventanas no tenían mosquiteras, con lo que a pesar del calor, no podiamos abrirlas, y tampoco había nada anti-mosquitos.

Patrick ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation verlief schnell und reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, das Laden des Elektroautos klappt ohne Probleme.

I am not sure I am so impressed with the general increase needing to use your smartphone to get access to keys, but at least in this case it was not to constantly needing your phone to enter/exit. And it worked so smoothly, too, that really, it was ok after all. Great instructions to find the accommodation, you need them at the very least, as your gps might take you to a dead end.
Fully functional unit. Netflix-strong password-protected wifi. A bit more shielded off for privacy, you could easily work on your vitamin D levels on the small terrace.
It was my first time ever staying so close to a highway, and i was quite distraught: It cannot possibly be healthy to subject yourself to that kind of 24/7 noise level. Barring a few trees you could see the cars swooshing by. What a shame! My head couldn't get around it, and I am sorry to say I could not wait to leave. This noise level is probably a future deal breaker for me, despite Offenburg seeming like my dream holiday destination, for various reasons.
The pretty view onto the pond was there, but from the bedroom.
