Am Gifizsee 3 Zim Apartment für Familien

A notre arrivée nous avons été surpris par les immeubles...nous pensions que la personne qui.louait était dans une petite résidence. Par contre. TRES BELLE SURPRISE en arrivant dans l appartement..NEUF...MAGNIFIQUE..TRES BIEN ÉQUIPÉ...TRES CALME...BIEN PLACÉ.. NE CONVIENT PAS AUX PERSONNES PMR en FAUTEUIL CAR IL Y A DE NOMBREUSES MARCHES avant d arriver à l ascenseur...3eme étage..

Pas de place de parking..il.fallait se garer dans la rue.....on ne voit pas du tout le lac en été...peut être après la chute des feuilles...mais pas grave...le balcon est tres agréable...

Apartamentul foarte bine întreținut și bine dotat cu cele necesare unei șederi placute

Am închiriat acest apartament pentru publicitatea făcută-cu vedere la lac, când am întrebat, unde este lacul, m-I s-a răspuns... vedeți pomii aceia, undeva în spatele lor e lacul. Deci, fără vedere la lac. Am anunțat proprietarul ca sunt în oraș de doua ore, mi-a răspuns scurt, cazarea e la ora 16.00.Am spus ca astept, înțelegând ca nu exista empatie. La 10 min fata de ora 16.00,am anunțat că sunt în fata blocului, în ploaie. M-I s-a răspuns, ca e pe drum. Ajunge la ora 16.00.La ora 16.00 a venit fratele proprietarului din apartament, cu cheia. Deci în tot acest timp, cineva era acolo,așteptând sa se facă oră 16.00.Cu siguranță nu am sa mai închiriez acest apartament datorită numai și numai proprietarului.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, alles zweckmäßig und blitzsauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee und Mineralwasser waren vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage direkt am See, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, kostenloser Parkplatz auch. Morgens schön frühstücken auf dem Balkon, der mit Erdbeeren bepflanzt war, so gab es immer einen kleinen Nachtisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank an Daniel!

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were quite comfortable. A great and well equipped kitchen for those wishing to prepare their own food. For those with longer stays there is a clothes washer and ironing board. The WC was bright and well equipped with soaps, towels etc. We liked the quiet location too as it is located in a residential neighbourhood with no racing traffic.

Upon arriving at the location there was not enough information for check-in. Needed to message and ultimately telephone the host to gain access; however this was quick and speedy response. Also, the apartment was cold and there were no instructions on how to turn on the heat and we needed to figure it out and find the electric breakers for in floor heat. For future guests would recommend pre-warming the apartment and instruction on the use of the HVAC system. Parking is free but can be challenging to find a location on the street. The parking lot has five guest spots that were always occupied.
