Apartamento muy pequeño para 6 personas y un poco descuidado

La situación. Fácil aparcamiento

Muy pequeño, no dispone de salón con sofa y televisión. Pone que es habitable para 6 personas, pero porque hay 6 camas, no dispone de mesa para comer para tantas personas. Los estantes de las habitaciones tenían polvo, y se veía un poco descuidado, zócalos que se despegaban, mampara de la bañera vieja,…. También tuvimos problemas para acceder al alojamiento mediante apertura con código

El código de entrada era incorrecto, la dueña salió y era muy antipática, el ver el piso pudimos observar la poca limpieza que había, las sábanas tenían pelos y estaban sucias, las colchas eran muy pequeñas pasamos frío, al llegar el piso estaba frío, el baño necesita una limpieza a fondo y cambiar la mampara. Cogí un vaso y estaba lleno de mosquitos, era asqueroso. No lo recomiendo.

Schlechter geht´s fast nicht

Die Wohnung gleicht mehr einem Altmöbel-Lager, alles billigst eingerichtet, teilweise defekt, gefährlich offene Stromleitungen in Bad und Terrasse, kein Fernsehen ohne eigenen Streaming-Account möglich, Terrasse vollgestellt mit altem Schrott und Müll ( Bettgestell, vergammelte Putzutensilien ). Gefährliche Stolperfalle von Flur zum Bad, schmutzige Duschabtrennung an der Wanne. Überall Löcher und Farbabrieb an den Wänden, In der früh Lärm durch Riesenbaustelle in sichtbarer Nachbarschaft ( dies ist auch der "tolle" Ausblick von der Dachterrasse !). KEIN privater Parkplatz, wie angegeben, nur an der Straße. Schlüssel-Code war falsch eingestellt, wir mussten bei Anreise den Vermieter herbeiklingeln, damit wir überhaupt in das Haus kamen. Betten und Matratzen waren ausgeleiert und völlig unbequem. Der Vermieter unfreundlich, unwillig und völlig einsichtslos, unterstellt im Nachhinein den Gästen, sie würden extra Bilder abhängen, um Löcher in den Wänden reklamieren zu können, redet jeden noch so nachweisbaren und offensichtlichen Mangel schön - absolut absurd. Ich könnte jede Menge Bilder über die Mängel einstellen, aber bei booking klappt das nicht wirklich.

Ci ha accolto il padrone di casa che è stato molto gentile. Casa molto accogliente, con tutti i confort, pulizia accurata e sul tavolo abbiamo trovato un piccolo regalo per ognuno di noi, molto apprezzato.

Oke voor een nachtje

Prima voor een nachtje. Oke bedden. Ruime slaapkamers. Ruimte om buiten te zitten. Nette straat.

Krappe keuken, geen woonkamer om te zitten. Is oke voor even maar niet voor langer. Er zou airconditioning zijn maar die is er niet. Niet goed schoongemaakt. Ventilatoren zeer stoffig bijvoorbeeld. We kregen geen code voor de sleutel, dus aangebeld en toen zei iemand (eigenaar?) dat wij de code moesten hebben. Vertelde ons de code alsnog, prima, maar beetje gek wel.

CUIDADO CON EL APARCAMIENTO INDICADO POR EL PROPIETARIO

El alojamiento, en general está bien.

El propietario nos indicó con un dibujo donde aparcar fuera de la casa, y al día siguiente nos encontramos con una multa. Dejamos el coche tal cual nos indicó. Tras hablarlo con él, no dio solución alguna. No entiendo, si sabe que ponen multas, por qué da instrucciones de aparcar fuera habiendo espacio dentro de la propiedad para dos coches. El propietario debería informar sobre esto y, si no deja meter el coche dentro, yo hubiese buscado un buen aparcamiento, pero al indicarlo él me quedé tranquila. CUIDADO CON ESTO!!!
