A cute little getaway to blackforest

Very close to main train station; we liked the attention to detail in the apartment. They had stocked fridge for mid night hunger pangs, they had barbecue station (which we didn’t use) . Separate toiletries for men and women highly impressed us

A pleasant and comfortable stay for our group

A comfortable well-appointed, well maintained, and clean accommodation, well suited for a family or a group of friends. The parking garage made available was very convenient. There is also a pleasant balcony with a gas barbecue grill and seating. The host leaves a few snacks, food and drinks which can be purchased for a reasonable price, which can be nice to have when checking in late or too tired to go out again.

We arrived on a rather warm day, and so it was a little uncomfortable in the flat come bed time. Investing in fans for each sleeping quarter would go a long way in making the stay a bit more pleasant for guests on such days. The balcony could have benefited from a cleaning, as it appeared it was bypassed after the previous guest left (cigarettes butts; grease on the barbecue grill; empty bottle and food scraps on the floor)

BUEN APARTAMENTO, ECONOMICO Y MUY CERCA DE LA ESTACIÓN DE TREN

La ubicación muy cerca de la estación de tren. Los detalles del anfitrión como la cafetera automática con café. Televisores de 55 pulgadas en cada habitación y en el salón (aunque en las habitaciones no tenían satélite)

Camas muy blandas. Falta de iluminación (en una de las habitaciones no se veía nada ni con la luz encendida y las ventanas abiertas). Muy poca iluminación en la escalera. Menaje algo escaso. Falta lavadora.

Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Die Parkmöglichkeit in Garage ist gut, nur erfordert das Einfahren ein wenig Geschick.

Das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau, Gardinen wären schön.

Echt empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir waren zu viert zum Mädelswochenende dort. Der gutgefüllte Kühlschrank wurde ja schon öfters erwähnt. Einen tollen Kaffeevollautomaten gibt es auch. Balkon und Garage - perfekt. Die Lage ist zwar nähe Bahnhof, aber trotzdem ruhig und 10min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Super netter Vermieter, der sich wirklich kümmert!!!

Also eigentlich war alles perfekt, bis auf eines: da ist die Wohnung soooo perfekt und toll ausgestattet - und dann gibts keine Weingläser ;-).......gut, schmeckt auch aus dem Wassrglas.....aber wir haben echt sehr lange nach einem vesrteckten Schrank mit Weigläsern gesucht, weil wir es nicht glauben konnten :-)

Top accommodatie met veel faciliteiten en prima nachtrust

Ruime accommodatie voor een gezin. Veel faciliteiten zoals keuken, badkamer en iedere kamer een tv. We waren vergeten dat met pasen de winkels in Duitsland dicht zijn. Gelukkig had de verhuurder pizza’s in de vriezer klaarliggen. Super! Bedankt nog!

Goede locatie, schoon en ruim appartement.

Mooie ruime slaapkamers. Nette keuken, alles zag er netjes uit. Balkon met Terrasje met bbq, leuk voor in de zomer. Zag er allemaal netjes schoon en als nieuw uit. Op loopafstand een klein parkje (wij hadden de hond mee dus dat was erg prettig) en een lidl op loopafstand. Tegenover een kiosk voor de hoognodige kleine dingetjes. Als er iets is is er eigenaar goed bereikbaar via WhatsApp of bellen.

De bonen in de koffiemachine waren op. Eigenaar kon er op dat moment even niets aan doen maar wilde wel helpen. Verder geen minpunten.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber gewesen! Die Küchenzeile ist super gewesen. Für 1-2 Nächte optimal. Wichtig: der Eigentümer ist telefonisch und schriftlich sofort erreichbar.
