Great apartment for a whole family

Large, very spacious apartment, newly furnished and fully equipped with all that is needed. Kitchen with all machines (appreciated the coffee tabs for the coffee machine), towels, hand soap, hairdryer, etc. Air-conditioning (though we haven’t used). Check-in very smooth without any personal meeting needed, all worked as per instructions received. Offenburg centre at 2km.

All was perfect, and we have already been aware from the review comments that the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator; the floors are not too high so it wasn’t a really big climb. (Don’t recall if this is mentioned in the apartment description, perhaps it would be fair to include.)

War alles super, waren nur eine Nacht dort und haben die Küche nicht benutzt. Die Betten waren bequem.

Der Fernseher ist entweder zu laut oder es kommt kein Ton. Ich konnte den Fehler in den Einstellungen selbst nicht beheben.

Enttäuschend

Die Lage ist top. Sehr nahe zur Messe.

Vor dem Haus eine Baustelle, sehr dreckig zum an und abreisen. Kommunikation schwierig- bekommt man lange bzw gar keine Antwort. Sauberkeit naja, in der Waschmaschine ein benutzter Lappen und Fussel. In einem Zimmer lag ein benutzter Teebeutel auf der Fensterbank. Bei Ankunft waren alle Fenster auf und das im Winter. Leider wurde die Wohnung nicht warm, die Wohnung war total ausgekühlt. Die Nacht war daher sehr kalt und unangenehm. Betten müssen selbst abgezogen werden.

Perfekter Aufenthalt, kurzer Fußweg zur Messe

Sehr sauber, unkomplizierte Abwicklung durch Schlüsselbox. Vermieter übermittelte die Beschreibung mit Code einen Tag vor Anreise. Dass die Unterkunft in einem älteren Wohngebiet liegt, interessiert nicht, da für mich die Wohnung an sich zählt. Diese war sehr modern, schön. Leider war es sehr kalt, als wir ankamen und wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Wohnung schon etwas vorgeheizt gewesen wäre. Die Lage zur Messe Offenburg ist perfekt, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. So konnte unser Auto stehen bleiben. Es gab eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine mit einer vollen Packung Kaffeepads und eine Flasche Wasser. Top!

L’appartamento è ben arredato ed è pulitissimo. L’host è gentilissimo e risponde velocemente all’eventuali domande. Se si vuole ordinare cibo da asporto la zona è servita, noi abbiamo utilizzato Uber Eats L’appartamento è al quarto piano non c’è l’ascensore ma ogni rampa è formata da sette gradini, quindi non non è un vero quarto piano. I letti sono comodissimi le lenzuola e il copriletti si vede che sono pulitissimi inoltre sul materasso c’è il Topper. Io sono una persona che difficilmente mi accontento sulla pulizia invece in questo appartamento non ho riscontrato alcun problema. Sono stata benissimo. Approfitto per ringraziare la persona che gestisce questo appartamento perché lo fa veramente bene. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Wenn Sie Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen möchten, wird die Gegend serviert, wir haben Uber Eats genutzt Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber jede Rampe besteht aus sieben Stufen, also ist es kein echter vierter Stock. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche und die Tagesdecken sind sehr sauber und auf der Matratze befindet sich der Topper. Ich bin ein Mensch, der sich mit der Sauberkeit kaum zufrieden gibt, stattdessen habe ich in dieser Wohnung keine Probleme gefunden. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit. Ich nutze diese Gelegenheit, um der Person zu danken, die diese Wohnung verwaltet, weil sie sie wirklich gut macht. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. The host is very kind and responds quickly to any questions. If you want to order takeaway food the area is served, we used Uber Eats The apartment is on the fourth floor there is no elevator but each ramp is made up of seven steps, so it is not a real fourth floor. The beds are very comfortable, the sheets and the bedspreads you can see that they are very clean and there is also the Topper on the mattress.

Heel fijn, schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Alle faciliteiten waren top, heerlijke bedden, erg schoon appartement, geen geluidsoverlast, goed werkende airco, overal rolluiken, zeer fijne douche. We werden zeer uitgerust wakker en konden fit starten aan onze doorreis.

De routebeschrijving geeft verkeerde weg aan naar het appartement. We zijn zelf maar gaan bedenken hoe we er dan wel konden komen en dat lukte door er omheen te rijden, langs de andere kant dan aangegeven. Ons verblijf was per ongeluk omgewisseld met een andere appartement in hetzelfde gebouw, waardoor er voor ons geen sleutel in het kastje zat bij aankomst. Eigenaar heeft het snel opgelost door de goede sleutel te komen brengen. Er was een taalbarrière, maar de eigenaar nam zijn zoon mee voor de communicatie, wat erg goed verliep.

Fantastisch appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles nieuw, super schoon. Helemaal niks op aan te merken.

De wijk. Allemaal flats en aan de drukke weg. Maar we hadden er absoluut geen last van hoor.

Dennoch Wohnung ist insgesamt in Ordnung, sauber.

Wohnung ist geräumig, reicht vollkommen als Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Bad und Toilette sidn getrennt.

In der Mülltonne im Bad war noch der Müll der Vormieter. TV vorhanden, aber keine öffentlich-rechtlichen Programme. Ich denke, dass es sich einen mir nicht bekanntes Streaming-Abo handelt. Hinweise dazu auf der Interseite fehlten. Wohnung ist im 4 Stock, aber kein Aufzug. Hinweis im Angebot fehlt.

Det var nemt at komme til Europa park fra stedet og det var rent.

Virkelig dårlig kommunikation med vært… intet svar overhovedet. Lyset gik på badeværelset, hvilket værten selvfølgelig ikke kan gøre for. Jeg skrev til dem på WhatsApp, og jeg har stadig ikke fået svar.

Fantastisch

Op onze heenreis naar Italië hebben we ook op deze locatie overnacht. We besloten om op de terugreis ook hier te overnachten. Het appartement is echt zoals de foto’s aangeven. Keurig, netjes, schoon, goede bedden, complete keuken, airco’s. Contact loopt via Booking. Je geeft een aankomsttijd door, die je ook nog kunt wijzigen, dan ligt de sleutel in een sleutel kluisje klaar . Enige nadeel zou kunnen zijn dat het appartement 4 hoog is en er geen lift aanwezig is.

Aan de buitenkant kun je niet zien hoe goed verzorgd het van binnen is. Wij waren op doorreis naar Italië de perfecte plek voor ons.
