Wonderful place for a family!

Lots of space and comfortable beds.

Unsure if we parked in the right place since it had lots of people parking there. More window screen to leave windows open at night would have been wonderful since the apartment got hot in the summer heat.

Overall ok

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The owners are very friendly.

The outside of the building is not very nice. And one of the doors to the baluwas not able to be locked. So it was unlocked during our whole stay. Also, the mattresses are very thin and not that comfortable.

Excelente opción en la Selva Negra, apartamentos recién reformados con todas las comodidades

Reservamos 2 apartamentos, uno al lado del otro, en la segunda Planta (no hay ascensor). Los apartamentos están reformados recientemente. Todo nuevo. No le falta detalle. Una decoración muy cuidada. La calefacción funcionaba super bien (fuimos en diciembre/enero). Poder aparcar los coches en la entrada fue muy cómodo. Recogimos y dejamos las llaves en una caja, al llegar y salir a horas intempestivas. Hay un ALDI a 4 minutos en coche.

Estuvo todo genial, Por decir algo, no hay secadora para la ropa (si lavadora y un tendedero). El edificio tiene un patio, donde se deja el coche y se accede a la puerta principal. Gente comentó que le daba miedo esta forma de acceso, a mí no me pareció inseguro, la verdad. Es un barrio residencial. NECESITAS COCHE para este alojamiento, se encuentra en una urbanización, a un par de minutos del pueblo.

Mi é piaciuta molto l'ampiezza dell'appartamento e arredato in modo di avere molto spazio libero. Comodo per raggiungere le migliori mete del centro/nord della foresta nera. Gradisco sempre la presenza del parcheggio la cucina molto attrezzata, il letto comodo e la vasca da bagno per un bel bagno caldo, abituato solo a fare doccia.

É un appartamento che potrebbe arrivare a 10 , ma dal mio punto di vista manca poco per raggiungerlo: Una manutenzione più dettagliata aiuterebbe molto. Ma la cosa che proprio non mi é piaciuta é sentire i rumori provenienti dagli altri appartamenti che rimbombano per le scale. Avevo lo stesso problema a casa mia, risolto poi con pannelli isolanti

Leicht erreichbar, schöne Wohnung - alles Top!

Schöne modern eingerichtete geräumige Ferienwohnung, bequemes Bett, vollständig eingerichtete Küche, mit vielen Extras wie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Gefrierschrank, Backofen etc. Hell, leicht erreichbar, Stellplatz vorm Haus. Bad Mix aus modern und etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber voll funktionsfähig, schöner Balkon (den ich wetterbedingt nicht benutzt habe). Ruhige Lage in einem Hinterhof.

Kurzaufenthalt zum Übernachten, daher nichts negatives festgestellt.

Das mit der Rechnung ist ein zu großes Kontra um nochmals diese Pension zu buchen.

Man kann Wäsche waschen. Jegliche Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Seife, Shampoo etc. Vorhanden Parkplätze vorhanden

Warte bereits 2 Wochen auf eine Rechnung für die Firma und habe sie immernoch nicht erhalten. Habe die Besitzerin 3x per WhatsApp kontaktiert und auch 1x telefonisch erreicht wo immer andere Tage versprochen werden obwohl am 09.11.25 bezahlt wurde. (Heute ist der 23.11.25) Licht gibt es nicht im oberen Treppenhaus womit es schwer ist das Schlüsselloch ohne Handy zu finden. Keine Abzugshaube beim kochen. Heizungen funktionieren teilweise (in manchen Räumen ja, in manchen Räumen nein) Die Kissen zum schlafen sind sehr hoch was dem Nacken nicht gut bekommt.

Ottima soluzione

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento all'ultimo piano denominato IVA. L'appartamento era grande, ill wi-fi funzionava bene, i materassi comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato il self check in ed il parcheggio sotto casa. L'appartamento era pulitissimo. La cucina era completa e l'abbiamo trovato anche un phon, uno stendino e una lavatrice. L'appartamento dista 25 minuti da Europa Park

La notte abbiamo sofferto un po' il caldo avremmo quindi preferito un secondo ventilatore. Qualche presa di corrente risulta scoperta. Il bagno purtroppo è veramente piccolo e la doccia ha un antigenico telo anziché un vetro.

sauber und ordentlich, aber für die Lage und Ausstattung zu teuer

Wir hatten die Wohnung Noah unterm Dach. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden, Kaffee etc. auch alles da, da gibts nix zu meckern.

Die Wohnung ist ausgerichtet für bis zu 6 Personen, an dem Tisch ist aber nur Platz für 4, mehr Stühle sind gar nicht vorhanden. Obwohl eigentlich genug Platz wäre für einen ordentlichen Tisch. Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bereich des Esszimmers wäre auch schön. Die Fenster sind uralt und lassen sich teilweise gar nicht öffnen ohne dass man Angst haben muss, dass einem was entgegen fällt. Fliegengitter wären nice und da es sich um eine Dachwohnung handelt wär natürlich bei der Hitze die wir hatten echt empfehlenswert, dass mehr als nur 1 Ventilator vorhanden ist. Wir haben uns dann erstmal noch welche gekauft sonst hätte man es dort nicht ausgehalten. Garderobe ist im Treppenhaus vor der Wohnung wo im Grunde jeder Zugriff drauf hat. Die Küche, naja alles da, aber das Besteck einfach nur in die Schublade geschmissen, der Backofen bräuchte mal eine Grundreinigung. Bei 140 Euro/Nacht für eine Ferienwohnung erwarte ich dann doch etwas mehr. Das Gebäude ist absolut nicht einladend, wir hatten erst 3x geschaut ob wir richtig sind. Die Mülltonnen direkt neben der Haustüre sind auch nicht grade schön. Da ist definitiv noch viel Luft nach oben.

Die Wohnung ist für das was sie bietet ist viel zu Teuer.

Wir können sehr wenig an der Wohnung für schön bezeichnen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr Lieblos Renoviert, es fehlen teilweise Abdeckungen an den Steckdosen, der Laminatboden hat durchgetretene Stellen, Rollos fehle und sind schwegängig habe mich nicht getraut den Rollo zu benutzen hatte Angst er geht kaputt, zwei Lattenroste sind zwischen die Auflage gerutscht.

Prima verblijf!

Het appartement zag er erg schoon en mooi uit. We waren echt van alles voorzien! Bedden waren comfortabel. Degene die het verhuurt doet erg zijn/haar best.

Er waren geen tv-zenders dus kregen we gratis netflix. Helaas was er geen verbinding, alleen in de keuken en op het balkon.

Alloggio spazioso e pulito

Appartamento molto spazioso, luminoso, ben attrezzato, molto pulito, silenzioso, c'è il posto auto sotto casa, è in posizione strategica ma serve l'auto per muoversi. Lo consiglierei.

La connessione internet non molto stabile, il divano letto per la sua forma non è comodissimo (ha tipo un buco in mezzo..)

Geräumige Fewo,sehr ruhig

Die geräumige Fewo hat alles was man benötigt-selbst Kaffee und Tee sowie Alufolie fanden wir vor.Im Bad war ebenfalls Duschgel,Ohrstäbchen und Wattepads sowie Seife. Der überdachte Balkon ist sehr praktisch für Raucher,wenn es regnet. Ggü der Hauptstr konnten wir perfekt mit unseren zwei großen Hunden um die Kirche herum Gassi gehen,denn links und rechts vom asphaltierten Weg waren Felder. Vom Schlafzimmer ging ein weiteres Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett ab und ich entdeckte neben der Waschmaschine im Badezimmer noch eine Kindertoilettenerhöhung.
